The staff were all very friendly and caring. I found I could talk to them if I needed to know anything. They checked regularly to see if I was OK or anything I needed. A big thank you to all staff on hersham ward. My stay was very pleasant while I was here but I am pleased to be going home. My only problem is that the toilets could be cleaned and checked a bit more.

I could not have had better care except one HCA who would not listen to my problems she would ask and not listen to the answer sometimes in fact doing the complete operations. I came here for Rehab in fact I feel I have gone in refers as far as my recovery I am worse than when I arrived 2 sessions of physio 10 minutes each in 9 days is not rehab.
